WE'VE BROUGHT A NEW PROGRAM TO XL THAT INTRODUCES CHILDREN WITH ASD TO SOCCER AND
A SOCIAL SPORTS ENVIRONMENT.
THE CLASS FOCUSES ON DEVELOPING BASIC SOCCER SKILLS AND SOCIALIZING IN A SAFE, FUN, PRESSURE FREE ENVIRONMENT. FAMILIES ARE ASKED TO COMPLETE A QUESTIONNAIRE THAT HELPS US PLAN SESSIONS TO CATER TO PLAYERS. PLEASE NOTE, AT THIS TIME, THE CLASS IS FOR HIGH FUNCTIONING PLAYERS.

Run Year round. This includes a weekly practice on Thursdays from 6-7PM
Licensed Coaches
Coaches are professionally licensed in Soccer with assistants experienced in special education practices
Player Comes First
Sessions involve fun games and skill development with sessions designed to cater to fun social interactions. Focus is the player.
